Twins Suggestion to Make Them More Bearable

As a Twins main, I say they desperately need to have more love to put into them. The last balance patch for the Twins that increased Victor's cooldown for downing survivors feels awful to play as against a killer that already takes their time. I propose a different change to better help their worries about snowball downing survivors;

  • Reduced successful down cooldown from Victor from 5 seconds to 3 seconds.
  • For 20? 30? seconds after downing a survivor with Victor, Victor cannot down survivors but can latch onto them as if they were healthy.

This would at least give Victor some practical application for downing a survivor while preventing snowball since you can still incapacitate any nearby survivors regardless of their health state.

It probably wouldn't hurt to shave off some of her re-awakening time, since it take 20 years to get to the downed survivor.
