Fair for both sides. When the 2 perks are equipped they could nullfy both effect, like vanilla game, no effect for both but base survivor sounds.

    idk I play spirit because of new skin and wish stridor never was nerfed cause she hard af & iron will I was always team nerf. both should've been nerfed
