Would you consider using these hexes (more often) if..
Third seal: every time you hit a surv a a random totem gets cursed with third seal. Basically same mechanics as plaything but with hits + the plaything curse can even occupy a hex totem which means that your ruin Totem could also carry the 3rd seal curse of this one survivor. Additionally if a surv could get rid of their 3rd seal and killer gets a hit again on that surv + there is still a boon/dull/hex Totem out there the effect will be reapplied.
Hex Lullaby : instead of having one totem holding it it ignites a Totem at every hook. Each cleansed lullaby instance removes a token again. Per token an additional skillcheck happens (like with yellow glyph)
Haunted ground: other Totem will not become dull

I stopped using hexes because of boons period. But if that wasn't the fact third seal only seems effective if boon are a thing sooo.... also it would only really be good to match with the new hex.
lullaby I don't even know why it needs stack for a ok effect.
Haunted I don't know why this wasn't how it worked from the start.

Third Seal: I would be down for that
Lullaby: I would just make Lullaby make quiet skill checks from the get go, its not a strong enough effect to warrant a build up imo.
Haunted: Honestly thought thats how it worked at first back when it was first released and only found out way later that it wasn't. Would be a nice little buff to it.

I never liked hexes, I don't like survivors having control over my perks and being able to remove them whenever they want. Boons are the final nail in the coffin.
The only reason I even use a hex is because Ruin has been mandatory since it's existence.
