I've come to accept...
That playing as the killer is way more stressful than playing survivor. I would say when it come to low ranks Killers have the Edge but higher ranks Survivors do. This isn't anything new as most people know this. But I guess I'm surprised we still have this issue. So I think when I get too high of rank as killer I will stop playing killer until this is balanced. Idk if anyone else feels the same?

I think it ultimately depends on what time you find yourself playing the game. If you play during what is considered "peak hours" then MMR can work fairly well. Although it struggles now because everyone is starting to get to high MMR and thus you have this problem that old red ranks had where 100 or 10k hours, they are all the same rank.
However if you play late at night or "off peak" then MMR goes completely out of the window anyway and you'll just get whoever is available, first game survivors or reborn survivor gods with 10 trillion hours. Which, afaik, has always been the case really.
I think the problem is that over time the average skill of both sides has risen, but as the goal post of skill changes it starts to reveal some really glaring balance issues that are/become increasingly problematic.

I find survivor more stressful, watching my teammates makes me want to scream into a pillow. And unfortunately I understand why they do what they do, as I play like them while doing Archive challenges. I would rather just kill survivor mains than survive along side them.

This. Even if I lose as killer, I can only blame myself and the game mechanics that favor survivor. When I play survivor, I lose because my teammates have rocks in their heads, which is far more frustrating.

The role of killer is always going to be more stressful than the role of survivor, even if the game reached some hypothetical perfect balance state- you're the one player who has to outplay four others, when survivors at least have the knowledge that there's three other players who could be advancing towards the win state.
It's part of what you're signing up for when you play killer. Survivors are always going to have tools to evade you, and them using those tools will always put you on the back foot temporarily- the problem right now is how many of those tools they have and how far onto the back foot you're pushed, not that it happens at all.

Yes... the archives... can really screw you sometimes...
I also do them with priority - no matter if it cost the game.
