Basement Bubba is overrated, but a classic. The reality is you can facecamp any hook just fine.
That is a really good facecamp build, but needs to be executed somewhat carefully to work.
Any perk setup that supports you camping people to death on first hook is the most annoying Bubba build.
Legion? Well, you have to kill people to be annoying in this game. He doesn't really do that!

legion lost any sort of pressure with boons as for bubba you can look them up there are plenty. Just dont bother playing legion until he/she is fixed

Ironically I got a 3k with Legion tonight with the add-ons that make people Broken and Mangled when you hit them during Feral Frenzy but I don't think they had Circle of Healing. 🤷♂️

Ya im not saying its not possible but its just extremely hard keeping everyone injured atm so its rather pointless

For Legion you wanna go with the classic Frank's Mixtape and Stab Wounds study. If you play it correctly you can make the survivor bleed out, just like the

blood favor, bamboozle, undying, thana + iri button and cold dirt on legion
completely shuts down loops, miserable to go against and fun to play with

Boons make it so much more of a pain for sure. I still play a lot of Legion but if i want kills I either have to bring an endgame build or Anti pallet with iri button. I just love the zoom zoom stab stab so much.

The one where bubbah hooks one person then stands there face ######### the hook waiting for someone to try and save so they can chainsaw aoe down both the rescuer and the hooked survivor

That's what attracted me to legion I just loved running and stabbing everyone and having 2 of them basically wounded the entire match

The unseen Bubba is the deadliest: Tinkerer, Dark Devotion, Hex: Thrill of the Hunt, Hex: Plaything + indoor map offering. Just the basic sneak up on people with a chainsaw.
Brain Dead Legion: Hex: Blood Favour, Hex: Undying, Hex: Crowd Control + Frank's Mix Tape. You stabby stabby run run stabby stabby run.
