Whatever happened to the "bad" add-ons

I'm talking about the brown add-ons like padded traps or speed limiter made for the soul purpose of being for bp and meme builds I get what's the point of them but it game playing killer a tiny bit of challenge when they were hindered a bit with an add-on.

The joke add-ons? They're still around. It's just that nobody uses them for obvious reasons.
