DC'ing Against/Complaining About Demogorgon?
Seen this a fair amount recently, and just ran into it again.
Queued up on the goodest boy, survivor immediately DCs. Next game, someone suicides then hangs around to tell me off in postgame.
Apparently: 'it's not fair to play Demo because nobody can buy him anymore, so they don't know what to do against him'.
Just a weird day, or is this a...thing now?

probably people looking for any reason to justify their actions that isnt "im just bad at dbd and refuse to learn"

The most complaints I've heard was about him flashing his power like deathslinger could. But I mean... I can see where they're coming from, but I don't really think that part is a problem.

what?

Like zoning by faking shreds or flashing it and going for an m1.

i see but doesn't he hiss like a snake when is going for a lunge? Thats what i use as a warning.

Seeing complaints about Demogorgon fills me with pain

Imagine dcing against the nicest killer in the game. Very sad individuals

Personally I've never understood the hype about him, I don't enjoy playing as or against him, in my experience, they tunnel even more than Nemesis players do.

Demogorgon seems like one of the last killers anyone would DC against. Personally I would rather face him than almost any other killer as he seems pretty balanced and have plenty of ways to counterplay.

Facecamping 'tunnel right off hook' tunnel, or just attacking the same person?
Because if it's the latter...there's nothing wrong with that, at all.

That's exactly what they use for zoning. They do the hiss so you dodge away from the window or pallet then they cancel the shred then m1 you.

??? I mean "will leave a chase just to go after the person who just got unhooked" tunnel, not sure where I implied that tunnelling was wrong, it just isn't fun to play against

So it's not a problem on Deathslinger either, right?

Honestly, I find demo games to be a drag to play because I find his power boring to play, play against, watch, etc. I honestly have suicided on hook in demo games the past because it's just not fun. I would be lying to say if I haven't suicided in the past in demo games because of it (I haven't really done that in general, being suicding, in a long time though).
I seriously dislike demo, quite a bit, but that's sort of a funny reason to dc against him.

That's so sad. It takes a lot of game knowledge and skill to play Demogorgon well. Why can't their loss ever be their fault? Why is it always the killer's fault?

People are quitting against Demo now?
How could anyone do this to our cute demodog.

To be real, at one point I did kind of feel that way when talks were made about why DS shouldn't be allowed to do that but Demo can. And It is weird thing because they're kind of doing the same thing, but Demo and Ds power don't really work the same.
Ds has insane chase game (though that's kind of all he has). I kind of feel like an ass saying this, but the most satisfying thing for me is having a survivor DH to a pallet and as they loop it, I shoot them in the chest and slowly creep around the loop for the down. Feels like fighting bs with bs, but thems the ropes. Demo can't really do that, he still has to play around pallets and loops, so just letting have doesn't feel like giving him too much. His shred is 8-11 meters,18 m/s, and .6 s flash time vs DS 18 meter range, 40 m/s, and .15s flash time.
again, I realize that I can't immediately explain all that well but something about Demo doing it feels different than Deathslinger.
