WHAT'S THE REWARD?
BHVR said that people who already P3d characters will get a special reward for doing that. What do you think it is?

They already confirmed it won’t be a cosmetic, so I’m hoping for shards. If it’s a charm, I’m 100% quitting the game.

Yeah, no charm or cosmetic is confirmed and the way they worded it doesn’t sound like it’s shards (and auric cells are highly unlikely anyways)
so I guess something different, akin to what others have speculated like a frame for your character portrait or something like a symbol you can show next to your account name in lobby’s? I don’t really know what to expect.

Someone related the line "For now, note that each prestige level will modify your Character-specific Prestige Crest, which other players can see in the post-game tally screen. That way, you can proudly showcase your commitment to your favourite character." in the Prestige post with the "special reward" and speculated those who have P3-ed characters prior to the update get a special addition to that Prestige crest and personally I find that speculation to make a lot of sense.

haha three people I talked to (in real life) all separately said that, knowing BHVR, it'd probably be a charm lol
I know some people like them, but I've never really liked them. They're just not my thing. I'd rather have more cosmetics or even a small amount of blood points.

My personal hope is a permanent bp multiplier when you use said p3'd character.

Yeah, charms are 283.61% useless so... I would love some shards to ease the grinding issue, but sounds pretty unreallistic.
I just thought another option tho... what if once you P3, you get all perks tier 3, all addons, and all offering both unlocked and infinite? That way P3 basically unlocks the "play to have fun" instead of the "play to grind"

Mandy has already said it isn't cosmetic/charm.
I think it's going to be the way you "show off" your prestige on the character. Like if you didn't prestige you have the current way we see our prestige - the circle with number - but if you did prestige that character it will look like the iri 1 grade with the number you've prestiged before change. It's something that you get to show off that you prestiged early without being cosmetic/charm. I also wouldn't be surprised if there was some BP/Shard reward too.
