Turn Hillbilly's 'when overheated' addons into 'old cooldown' addons

Hillbilly was unjustly nerfed and he is never coming back. The main reason why he was nerfed though, was his Carburettor Tuning Guide and The Thompson's Mix addons. To be honest, I do not think that these were broken... literally playing pallets and windows (which is what you do against 90% of killers anyway) prevented istadowns anyway... but that's beside the point.

Majority of people thought that these two addons were broken. Fine, they are gone, stop crying already.

There were two addons that did reduce chainsaw cooldown, just like these two, but without reducing charge time... and these addons should be back! I am talking about Shop Lubricant and Vegetable Oil. All they did was reducing this long ass animation you had EVERYTIME after using the chainsaw. It wasn't a big reduction, but when stacked these were 'feel good' addons that from time to time allowed for some surprise hit on someone who did not expect them.

Hillbilly's power punish poor use, even without the overheating or bumping into the wall with this long animation. I don't see any reason why he shouldn't have addons to slightly reduce this animation, especially that he has two which are literally useless and can be turned into cooldown ones.

I am talking about Pighouse Gloves and Big Buckle. I can see some niche use of gloves... but let's be real here... if you are chasing NOT with chainsaw... why are you playing Hillbilly? This is kind of like Nurse movement speed, but blink block addons... You can use them... but why?

Lower terror radius (buckle) makes literally no sense when you can't use chainsaw, especially that tr reduction is so minor.

Built in enduring and brutal strength (gloves) are actually nice... but if you overheated and didn't get a down, you are wasting too much time and simply playing wrong.


PS: As I see it, the overheat mechanic should be entirely removed or only apply when near hooked survivor (Yes, holding m2 99ed and preventing save basically for free is stupid, I do agree with this... but overheat mechanic removes literally everything that was fun and efficient about Billy during chases - and it should not.

I am not asking to for removal of the unfair nerf, because it simply will not happen, just give us back the niche, not so good, feel-good addons...

PS: I would like to see return of range addon too... People said it did literally nothing... but in some ultra-niche situations it actually helped (fences or stairs on The Game).
