Legion's 5th hit bugged?

Hey, so today i played 3 games as Legion and gotten like 6 chains going, but only 2 of them downed the last survivor with the 5th hit. At first i thought i was going crazy and i paid more attention to see what is happening aaaand i found out that it's really bugged. I will go in frenzy, injure all 4 survivors, but they wouldn't go down on the last hit.

I haven't encountered this, but is their killer instinct bugged for you? I'll Chain survivors and sometimes get not KI despite them being right in front of me

I think it has somethin to do with rubberbanding (on either side). Ive only had it happen twice over the past couple weeks. One of those times, i jittered right as i got the hit n it didnt count. Just a guess.
