Hemophobia not working with No Mither

Hemophobia requires you to escape Disturbed Ward without losing a single drop of blood, yet No Mither prevents you from bleeding, so either the achievement is bugged, has an incorrect description, or, could I be doing anything wrong? I genuinely want to know.

    i read that as homophobia , but they should change it to just not be injured or fix it so you can try to get it with Lucky break
