The Dredge is basically the closet monster, and it's why Garden of Joy prominently features a large house.

Oh yea, it's a pretty good movie. The sequel is good also.

The house itself looks similar enough as well. Isn't the first time that their "inspiration" material for something is a little close for comfort, but eh, in this case it's if anything cool to have what is essentially an homage to this fun, lesser-known flick.
