Nurse tome challenge: Blink and you're dead
Hello everyone,
okay, I just want to get everything nurse related behind me so that I will never have to touch her again. Whats the actual deal with the penultimate killer challenge of tome 12? Is this even possible without farming? And even with farming its extremely tough to get three survivors that close together who trust you

After a lethal blink within 15s hit two survivors with basic attacks.

This is a horrendous challenge. I did it by farming and I can't imagine doing it any other way.
I did it using three different survivors, but does it have to be three? Or could you do it with two different survivors and hit one of them twice? I don't remember the exact wording of the challenge.

Oh my god no this one's really easy actually if I'm reading it right. As we know from like Starstruck (or perk that uses Basic Attacks, like Surge or Sloppy) her blink attacks are classed as Basic Attacks, not Special Attacks. It's literally just get 2 hits within 15s of blinking to someone and hitting. The reason they stipulate Basic Attacks is to allow people to use like Spasmodic Breath (is that the "become a 115 killer with no ability" add-on?) or if they mess up and you xb get a regular M1 too.
Again that's if I'm reading it right, but it should be a lot easier than you think.

You might be right? But isn't a Lethal Blink a score event when you, well, blink at hit someone? I did it during the exit gates thing with a farm group. The game before just hitting once after a Lethal Blink didn't seem to work, now I hit 3 times ... I guess the sweet spot is 2 hits ... who would have guessed? :D
But jokes aside, thats a real asinine challenge. Ugh.

Yeah Lethal Blink is a score event. It triggers while hitting a survivor post-Blink and pre-fatigue. From there you have 15 seconds to get 2 Basic Attacks off.
But like I said if I'm reading it correctly, those 2 attacks can also be Lethal Blinks, because that's a score event not attack type. It's classed as a Basic Attack by every perk known to mankind, so I don't get why it wouldn't be for this challenge.

Ah, now I get it. Yeah ok, but thats still pretty convoluted and not that easy for a baby nurse --- well, in the end I cheesed it. But thanks for clearing that up.

I feel like these challenges aren't really well thought out in terms of gameplay. It's basically the same challenges like "hook survivors in basement hooks 6 times in 1 game" or "Escape a chase with No Mither and Escape the trial" level challenges. They sound simple on paper but on practicality, it's a nightmare to deal with

You can run double iri so you still have 2 blinks but move faster than survivors
Land the blink, fatigue, catch up, m1
