Why is Soldier's Puttee an Ultra Rare add-on on the Huntress?
The effect it provides doesn't deserve to be an Ultra Rare add-on, I have no clue why BHVR decided to make it an Ultra Rare rarity, any ideas why that might be the case?
Also I think the effect it provides is literally only worth a Common rarity at best.

It's an ultra-rare because Huntress only had one ultra-rare when they did the addon pass, she needed another, and of all the new addons they made for her, that was the best one. Which isn't saying much, but it's going up against the likes of Wooden Fox and Rose Root...
Personally, I would have liked an Ultra-Rare that silenced her lullaby and gave her a 32m TR instead.

messing with movement speed is always very dangerous for a game like this. I get it the effects are minor since you literally can't use a power but it makes not having hatchets waaaaaaaay better to handle so you don't have to reload and play as a normal m1 killer. I agree Ultra rare seems a bit over the top but it's a mediocre add on that does what it does well

its not bad. lets say you run out of hatchets at a loop and the survivor is injured. theyre probably going to greed the pallet because youre supposed to be a 110 killer which will allow you to get a hit
