The likely return of Strangers Things chapter will prob give us new perks if nothing else new
With Netflix realizing their idea of creating their own games didn't go they way they hope, it seems they're going back to being open to collabs again. Already they're doing an event in Roblox, which they collaborated in the past. So it seems they're starting to return to games they initially cut ties with.
Now if there are plans for a return to dbd, it'll probably take some time for BHVR to sort things out with Netflix on a new deal While it works be cool if this would lead to a new chapter, it's also possible (and more likely) they'll just add back the original one with maybe a few new cosmetics.
Still one thing that I'm hoping for is that Nancy, Steve, and Demo get new perks. With their original perks becoming general survivor perks after their removal I heavily doubt they'd just make them exclusive perk again. While I wouldn't be surprised if the devs just added them back without perks, I personally see them getting new ones since it would just be weird to have them stand ouy like that and Netflix probably wouldn't like their characters to lose something that incentives people to but them.
But then again, the hype alone would get some people willing to buy them without new perks even if they were still the standard character/chapter price.

If they do bring stranger things back, and I really hope they do. It would be a crime not to make new content, vecna would be an excellent killer and Eddie Munsen would be a cool surv.
