i thought it wasnt meant to activate dms when you scream now but it does?

    They brought it back to instead address the pain res + merciless storm combo which wasn’t even an issue in the first place.

    The devs reverted pain res change because of a bug produced when pain res was activated while Merciless storm 's skill checks were popping.
