Cannot Reset To Default - Keyboard and Mouse settings

I made a mistake with trying to re-do my key bindings and now I can't reset to defaults. It's supposed to be hold C to reset, but it's greyed out. I tried to find the ini file in the game directory but it doesn't exist.

    Figured it out. If you only change key bindings, reset is greyed out, but if you change any of the switches like Invert Aim, then it'll let you reset everything.
