The Skull Merchant's mori is, visually, the most underwhelming by far. She's literally just stabbing them, and if you put it in the context of a horror movie, anyone watching would just say "meh."
I don't care how she does it, but she is The Skull Merchant, and she needs to collect that skull as part of her mori.

Should have her mori have her place a helmet on the Survivor, and the helmet slowly forms into one of her Skull Drones, as if she made some device to streamline the process of drone creation.
