Legion and Pig's hands/arms have momentum

Both Pig and Legion's arm/hand that holds their weapon have momentum - this leads to their animations being very broken when moving your camera suddenly, turning quickly, etc. It's noticeable during attack cool-downs, power usage, cool-down states, etc.

This weird Animation is the third Person. This use exactly this Animation what you normally Not See ingame.
