I'm starting to hate Leon players
I just had a game vs Blight on Haddonfield and Leon was crouching behind the cars while Renato was getting chased, until I hit second hook and he still didn't rescue me. I had to wait for Rebecca to save me.
What goes through their head, he wasn't even in danger.

Sounds like a new player. I've seen Fengs and Blendettes do that so much that I dodge every lobby with Fengs, but also for other reasons. Feng players are truly something else.

I've only had Leon bodyblock me from exit gate in RPD though.

P3 atm, especially during the event, means absolutely nothing. All it means is they spent a lot of BP in 1 character.

Not only did someone not recover on the floor but they then kept wiggling so I couldn't pick them up.
I then died when I could have just escaped. Next time I will check the progress. No progress then I leave.
Very next game someone had victor on their back and blocked me from picking someone else up.
Neither were Leons.

I once had a Leon use Self Care against Sloppy and Coulrophobia (Doctor with large TR as well, on Haddonfield so the map was really small) while I was dying in basement.
I stayed the full 2-minutes on hook, never got rescued. I did 3 Generators that match and no other Survivor did a Generator. Safe to say that match as a lost cause to begin with.

Starting? In my opinion the Resident Evil survivors for the most part have bad reputations. Just like the Stranger Things survivors used to be routinely cited as being boosted. Only when the license was lost did the people who still play them become pretty good on average.

idk, honestly it's just Leon and Ada. Rebecca and Jill players are usually average or even high level, legendary skins are also usually good for obvious reasons. I don't really think license characters any different from originals.
Laurie is usually little below then averages.
Cheryl is definitely higher then average, although weird enough her legendaries tend to be worse players.
Ash is also usually higher then average.
Yoichi, Tapp and Quentin are quite rare, but i wouldn't say they're bad players, also average.

I have the worst exoerience with Rebecca's. More then Leon in fact.

Had a match today where I was the only person on a gen, but I could see everyone with Kindred: one teammate on hook, one getting chased on the other side of the map, and the Leon crouching around in the middle of nowhere instead of trying to save.

Oh come on people ... Leon is just a rookie. He just got into the RPD.. (If he had RE4 outfit then it is not excusable)

In my experience it’s the opposite.
Ada players are usually pretty skilled players whereas Jill and Rebecca players have no idea what they are doing.
If there’s any survivor I expect to see running full meta, it’s Ada.
Leon and Claire are always the weakest link though.
