Nemesis and Xenomorph are the worst killer they ever added into the game and here's why
What do you usually do in a chase? loop, drop pallets, vault windows/pallets, all those things, you have distance you are safe and you can do those things, blight he needs to slam the walls to be able to reach you and hit you before you do any of those, wesker needs to dash at you, there's velocity involved and such, it's not instant, Leatherface still needs to respect those distances and reduced them with his power, but he needs to REACH you to hit you.
Those 2 killers, Nemesis and Xenomorph absolutely say ######### you to those aspects of the game, you have 4 meters of distance? you have a window or pallet? well sucks to be you, I hit you anyway, you try to dodge left or right on the pallet? sucks to be you, my hitbox is so big hitting the middle = a hit, you wanna bait the window vault? sucks to be you I can wait it out or M1 you since you didn't vault, you wanna bait the pallet stun? no worries i'll wait for you to either drop it or fake it so I keep holding W for 5 seconds and I hit you.
Nothing you have against these killers are safe at all, no matter what you do you are ALWAYS at risk of a hit even in spots you'd be safe around other killers, YES a power should help you get hits, but these 2 absolutely neglect any defenses survivors have, unless they have 7 meters of distance and predrop pallets, they have 0 safety, no window or pallet are safe against those 2 killers.
These 2 are the worst addition they ever added into the game, are they cool? yes, yes they are, nemesis and alien is cool to have in dbd, but their power are the worst and most boring and frustrating aspect of them and they break every defenses survivors have, how can you win against any of them which are kinda good? you always get hit no matter what.

Weird way to spell Trickster and Skull Merchant.

they are range killers, you can say the same about huntress, you can still somewhat avoid them.
and SM you are a M1 killer.

While there's no denying how uninteractive both nem and xeno can be, there's (sadly) worse examples like knight, artist, trap killers, dredge, and skull merch. These killers can near completely remove a survivors ability to express skill in the 1v1 by literally just pressing m2 in a tile and make it unusable. There's a lot of killers that minimize the impact of a survivors skill in a 1v1 in the way that nem and xeno do but those killers more or less outright remove the sole reason a lot of players play survivor by their mere existence.
While in chase with nem and xeno if they get in range with their power, you already have lost. Play for distance and not to maximize the value you get out of the tile is the simplest tip i can give. I will 100% agree that they encourage (or force in xenos case) rather boring gameplay but there is pretty clear counterplay.

well written post. something very early in my time playing dbd survivor is that I realized how non-interactive a lot of killer cast is when played optimally. even when killer look like they're under-powered which large portion of them are not very strong at winning, they exhibit winning by existence if their power is effective. i think people just realizing it for what i figured out 3 years ago which was around release legion time. survivors dislike losing by sheer existence. OP post is complaining because he believes that nemesis and xeno are winning by existence.
