sometime my character won't run or even run super slow

helllo i dunno what's going on after new update. my character sometime run pretty slow or even cannot sprint. i try to reinstall it but i won't work. at first i thought it was my controller so i change to the new one but issue still persist.

then i tried other games that actually use same button to press sprint. its working fine.

what should i do to solve this problem? anyone encounter this problem as well?

ps. i usually play on steam. i try with xbox game pass version on pc i had the same exact problem
