I was watching a DBD video from 2 years ago and saw a killer perk that I didn't recognise

I know that the one on the right is Shadowborn, but does anyone know what the one at the bottom is?

It's a custom perk icon for BBQ. The artist makes a lot of perk icons based on killers/survivors and this is one of the Blight based icons.
