January's Dev Update haven't dropped yet. When it does, it will show you a clear date on when the next PTB is!
My guess is PTB next week after they drop the dev update after the Bone Chill event ends...
or Monday.

I'm just waiting to see how much backlash that FOV slider is gonna cause. Currently shadowborn has over a 40% usage rate on Blight. Ppl aren't gonna be happy when Blights swap it for a slowdown perk or something.

I can't believe they are spending time and resources on another Billy "rework". Literally all they need to do is put him back exactly the way he was before (add-ons included), tweak a couple of his strongest add-ons, and everyone would be happy.

Given the January time-frame they gave, odds are the PTB is going live January 9th, with the Mid-Chapter hitting live around the 30th.
Just an estimation, though.

They've said that the Anti- 3 gen system comes in january. So probably the PTB will be on January 9th, as the patch can come into live in January 30th.
