Question Regarding Invocations

I was not here during the PTB and only viewed through the eyes of streamers whom mainly played Unknown. The new perk seems usable outside a mid MMR solo queue but I have one question.

Does performing an Invocation count as a conspicuous action or is outside of that scope and therefore works with OTR/DS?

    It does not count as a conspicuous action (or at least it didn't on the PTB). It probably should become one though.
