Upon killing a survivor who is infected they will turn into a zombie after 120 seconds (this zombie cannot be despawned, if its stunned it stays stunned as long as a normal zombie, has faster movement speed and detection range, it will rotate to the latest gen the killer has kicked
max of 2
so basically 4 zombies if they did it right.
and saying it would break the game and code isnt an excuse tbh, they do this professionally Im sure they could figure it out if they really wanted to tbh.
