NS - 4 of my characters missing after last update

Step 1 : Load the game

Step 2 : Missing characters I previously paid for, level up & got outfits for

Step 3 : missing ghost face, demigorgon, Steve & Nancy

Step 4 : Tried closing & reloading

Step 5: Tried to redownload, but the NS shows it as still active so it won’t redownload

Additional information

  • Ghost face, demigorgon, Steve & Nancy missing & unplayable
  • When I click on them it asks me to pay for them again
  • When I click on them it still shows the outfits I bought, but I can’t play the characters
  • I have checked everyday since the update & they are still missing
  • Please reinstate my characters asap
