What happened to the store Special's tab?

Special's tab got removed from the store in the last update, is this intended or bugged?

    Looks like the Special stuff got moved under the Bundles tab.

    It may be a tab that comes and goes. It has disappeared and returned before already.

    There are no specials going on right now, so no reason for it to currently exist.
