estou sendo punido por um erro no qual nao tenho controle, ja segui os passos indicados pelo suporte e mesmo assim a permanência do bug, bug no qual se trata de tomar desconect por um erro causado pelo easy anti cheat e assim causando punições injustas a minha conta. gostaria de uma soluçao, nao é meu pc ja revisei tudo. seja soft ou ate mesmo peças fisicas
