Currently, as it is in the ptb notes, it sounds horrible, this perk helps killers without mobility to defend the gens and their counter is simply not stopping repairing. Also, the complaints about when it is combined with Flagellant hook are silly since it only works 4 times per game, if you nerf the perk you will simply make the killers that do not have mobility less effective when defending gens If you want to nerf it at least make it the last 4 gens but every time a gene is blocked the time is shortened. For example, the first survi released has the full time but if another is released the duration of the perk is reduced by 7 s and so on. for each additional gene blocked or that the last 3 or 2 genes are simply blocked
