Website says I don't own the game on switch after linking nintendo account to behaviour account

I was trying to use the cross progression after I bought Dead by Daylight on Steam today. my main (and only) account is on switch lite but I'm unable to play on there anymore because of heavy stick issues.

I did redownload and boot up the game on switch though. Not only did I go to the campfire but I also just played one 'testround' (if necessary) if that would somehow be needed to maybe 'refresh' my progress in some way.

After linking both my (correct one and only) Nintendo account and my Steam account, it still doesn't show that I own the game on Switch. On the contrary I did not even boot up the game once on Steam because I wanted to take care of the cross progression sync first (edit: and it does show that I own the game on steam though, despite not booting it up even once)

Underneath the Steam Link is a 'Refresh' button, also. This button is missing entirely underneath the Nintendo Logo (as if I would literally not even own the game - and also under the game itself is only the Steam Logo, no Nintendo Switch Logo).

Help would be much appreciated so I can finally enjoy this game again.🙏
