November 9 in 8.4.0 PTB Bug Reporting

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Good Guy cannot rotate camera after using skill. Everytime and It's make the game changed.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: use hello skill > attack survivors and then bug! I cannot rotate the camera.
