Feedback: Perk changes are not good
With the upcoming Patch, some perks get some changes but all of them will still be bad or unhealthy for the game. In this topic I explain why I see it that way and how we can make them more viable but also healthy for the game:
Wake Up: The buff is simple and goes in the wrong direction. It has a low usage because it does not provide enough for SoloQ and the buff won't change it. Therefore, here is my idea how to buff Wake Up so it becomes a better SoloQ perk. I mostly used aura reading information for teammates because you can't go wrong with it since it helps in many situations like for healing, gens, and late game rescues.
"Whenever a generator got finished, you see the aura of every teammate for 10 seconds. Once the exitgates are powered, you see the aura of your teammate constantly and they see your aura. You open the exitgates 25% faster and your teammates open them 12% faster when you're in range of 8 meters to them".
----------
Vigil: the buff in numbers, range, and the fact it can stack is straight up unhealthy because it is a huge nerf to many status effects, perks, and addons (Mangeled, Haemorrhage, Dragon's Grip, Groupie, Make Your Choice, Fearmongerect.). All of these perks, addons, and status effects are already uncommon and will even more less used with the Vigil buff. Meanwhile, killers will use even more genslowdown. Vigil was fine before but just underused and with these buffs, the perk will become unhealthy.
It is also a huge nerf to killers like Clown and Freddy since their Hindered is also affected by Vigil. A perk should never effect a killer that much - this is a similar stupid interaction like Spirit has with Iron Will.

Beast Of Prey: The Bloodlust part is a bad requirement and 20 seconds are not very long. The Perk puts you in an awkward situation where you just want the bloodlust and then leave, which is a huge time waste and risk. On top of it, 20 seconds are not very long. Unforseen and Trail of Torment provide much better and easier utility to get Undetectable. Therefore, here is how I would change the perk to make it more useable:
"When you start a chase and leave the chase with this survivor, you gain the undetectable status effect for the next 30 seconds. After this time, the perk goes on cooldown for the next 40 seconds".

Remember Me: This perk encourages and rewards the killer for tunnling which is a bad design but at the same time it also provides a huge portion of risk because there is a change that you won't find the Obsession to get the stacks. It is a worse and unhealthy version of No Way Out which is why not many players use it. My suggestion is to make it more viable and healthy but also to give it unique effect that separates it from No Way Out:
The Perk should work like No Way Out and you get one token for each unique hooked survivor up to a maximum of four stacks. Each stack increases the time every survivor (the Obsession too) needs to open the exitgates by 8 seconds. When one exitgate reaches 70% progress, you get a sound notification and the Undetectable status effect for the next 12 seconds.

Your perk ideas sound so much more fun than what we currently have

Agree with the Beast of Prey and Wake Up! rework.
Also agree that Remember me should work on the Obsession too.
Vigil should not stack. The End.
