Knowing the ending its only a matter of time (whatever that means since time doesnt exist in this realm) i LOVE his "killer" design it just screams dbd to me

Seems obvious but as it looks like they kind of abandoned the game i am not so sure anymore.

I hope so. Not sure if BHVR sees enough potential Profit here.. but the designs are already here
The game has many flaws but it is very fitting in the DbD world and the killers Design is great!
As for the survivors, I dunno maybe Linda and/or Maddie as the Main surv while other Characters may fit as legendary skins for them and other original survivors (Bonnie as a Nea legendary or even Augustine Lieber as Taurie legendary)

That's the biggest reason I believe they could introduce it as a chapter - the fact the design and lore is already there.
TThe second reason I think they would like to introduce it into DBD is to potentially reignite interest in CoFS

It appeared on the last license Survey bhvr held in 2024, bhvr listed it last month on their twitter alongside DBD for the Quebec Games Celebration and i still hear Cote talk about it every now and then (recently in fact at the Tadaima fan event in japan)
So i don't think it's unlikely that we'll eventually get it one day, based not only on how there are enough of a loud percentage of people asking for it to become a chapter, as well as the fact that BHVR owns the game itself and can do with it as they please at any time.

Wasn't much, he briefly mentioned it alongside the DBD movie and Hooked on You when talking about different ways to experience the DBD universe and how they want- and are currently working on more ways for people to do that.

The game isn't really that old so I would assume they would have liked to have waited until the majority of it's fanbase had finished it before releasing a potential spoiler chapter
