Permanent carry bug

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was in a match with a demo pup, and everything was going smooth until i was downed, picked up, and froze mid-air in a struggling position. the pup couldn't hook me, put me down, or be pallet stunned, so i was effectively trapped frozen in the air the whole match. trying to struggle free didn't fix it. the bar filled to max and just kept going without an end. the match was pretty much over. Even the endgame collapse didnt stop it, so i was forced to DC, along with pup.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: i was downed, recovered a little bit, then got picked up, and it immediately happened. really no way to recreate it 100% of the time.

    Same thing happened to me against Demogorgon. Right before he was about to hook me something glitched out and I was permanently stuck on his shoulder.

    This sadly was a hacker most likely not a bug. I have seen it happen to a Twitch streamer in the UK as Ghostface and it happened to me once with other hacks going on. Also if ECG is in play do not DC I was told and saw that if you wait about a minute after the timer ends it will auto boot you out and you don't get a penalty.
