Flashlight/bang save Buffer Not Working Properly (possibly slinger only?)
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Save buffer seems to be INCONSISTENT and follows no logic or consistency. There are times where the save is well within the .4 second buffer and it does not actually work, but other times that it does.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
In the following video it displays:
Flashbang goes off at 2:25, which is 0:35 seconds away from the 3 second pickup animation, although the survivor is not saved.
Flashbang goes off at 2:30 which is :30 seconds away from the 3 second pickup animation, the survivor is not saved.
Then, the final clip of INCORRECTLY working the flashbang goes off at 2:34 seconds, :26 seconds from the 3 seconds. The survivor is NOT saved.
IN COMPARISON. The FINAL clip shows a flashbang going off at 2:33 seconds, :27 seconds from the 3 seconds, and the survivor IS SAVED.
All of these clips are NAE to NAE with between 30ms-50ms.
While this might seem like human error or possibly not understand what 0.4 seconds is, the fact that the plague is flashbanged EARLIER than the Slinger in the 2nd to last clip, proves something is wrong witht the timings.
In addition, it appears the flashbangs also occasionally do not blind when too close to survivors but I will make a separate post on that, just mentioning here to emphasize something has changed.
