SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: This hook that spawns on Dead Dawg Saloon in the Blood Moon event is impossible to use because of this water trough blocking it.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURRED: 1) hook spawns 2) can't use the hook
