'The Good gal" outfit for Chucky is heavily bugged in both the power and sounds

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: when finishing a slice and dice, the ending lunge will damage a survivor when not using "The Good gal' cosmetic, also known as tiffany. Instead, when using Tiffany, there is a small window where you can damage survivors after lunging, rather than being able to damage for the whole animation. She also play's chucky's sounds when stunned, and uses the wrong voice lines sometimes.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Use "The Good Gal" cosmetic. These issues do not occur when using any other cosmetic.
