Is there a way to find out exactly why i was banned

I tried to log into my DBD account and found out I was banned for "abusing bugs or errors in game design to gain a competitive advantage" For TEN YEARS. I have already tried to appeal my ban and was informed that temporary bans can't be appealed. I do not know why I was banned and would love to be able to find out what I did. The only thing I can imagine is that in my last few matches played I did play INCREDIBLY toxic due to the survivors I was facing bringing me to the game. "4 man slug and bleed out" but to my knowledge that isn't a ban able offense.

    We don't discuss bans publicly, if you wish to appeal your ban then you can contact our Player Support team who will review the appeal. However, it's unlikely they will give you exact information on what caused the ban.
