2v8 other killer stuck. Only way to leave game was to quit

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Wesker picked up a survivor which caused him to freeze with the survivor. I was until end game collapse completed but I was still stuck in the game. I had to quit which gave me a penalty.
