SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

I've bought the nightmare on elm street chapter and ghostface chapter, on the nintendo switch marketplace. And when i tried to play as them on the copy i own on steam, I wasnt able to play as them and i had to buy them again

The copys i own of dead by daylight are on the switch and steam.

This one is on PC and the bottom two are on the switch.

This is not a bug, you are not able to share DLCs from the Switch to other platforms. You can find more information here: https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/kb/articles/461-faq-cross-progression-release
