Have lost all Items (Toolboxes/MedKits) bar brown ones and am unable to collect anymore.
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was playing yesterday, finished a match and noted that all of my toolboxes and medkits had disappeared. Have spent a lot of Bloodpoints trying to gain more but even if different rarity of items collected on the BloodWeb I now only see Brown Tool Boxes or MedKits. Would have included logs but unsure how. Will try playing a match to see if this resolves this hasn't worked so far. If this continues to be the case will leave until sorted as running out of Blood Points trying to get items lol and losing a lot more matches lol

You do realize that you are on the second page of your item inventory so most of your items are on the first page? Press the arrow on the left side of the item inventory or press the number 1 button in the bottom of it. Both totally visible in your second screenshot.
Game always will open the page that your currently equipped item is on.

Noted mate but I went from having at least a full page of items to having two namely a Brown med kit and Brown toolbox it is shown in the second pic. It appears that if you run out of an item you then can't seem to collect anything but Brown med kits and tool boxes even if you take them out of a match. Took a Green tool box out and when I got to inventory screen no sign even though it said I had collected it, just for clarification I didn't drop it before I came out of the match. This has now happened to two of my other characters and as said it is when you run out of an item the next match you only have the Browns. Started with Felix its now affecting Leon and Dwight don't have the Blood Points to level another Character up as initially I didn't realise this was happening and spent a load trying to get better than Brown Items. I suppose as well if you've been playing a while then your not likely to run out of an item, I mean the Entity could just be sexist and not like men \o/ lol

These where in chronological order or so I thought first two pics are before and after, collected Green Med Kit as seen in second pic. As seen in third pic no Green Med Kit, I may even have to consider Meg lol

You are on the second page of your item inventory as I said there is no bug. Your items are on the first page that you can totally access by pressing the "<" on the left side of the items shown in your pictures. If you want to do it harder way you can also unequip the item that you have equipped → chose another character → then go back to the character you were earlier on → click the item slot → you will be on the first page of the item inventory that has all the higher rarity items than the few that are on the second page.

No probs it was my pc it wouldn't switch between pages of items that's when i thought they had all disappeared lol or Doh in my case blame old age
