I didn't get a single piece of cosmetic from the rift pass.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I can't equip Ace's hat from the rift pass. I did get the cosmetics before and after it, but not that single one.
PLATFORM: PC, Epic games
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Not sure, I just noticed that I can't equip it when I wanted to. It is possible that I bought the pass when I was at that tier or it is possible that I got into a match when I went to check on my rift progress, but I don't know for sure.
