Onryo's TVs permanently show arrows (even while manifested) once you hover over them

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Once TVs become active, hovering over them as a demanifested Onryo leaves the teleport indicating arrows permanently on, even if they get turned off (taking the tape or teleporting), making gameplay more confusing.
PLATFORM:
Steam, but I guess it happens to everyone (?)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Start game, wait for TVs to turn on, be demanifested, take a look around.
