unable to play as a survivor

i was trying to play as survivor and i can't it says party creation failed
PLATFORM: Xbox one
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: i don't know how it started when i was loging on at first said network error then restarted my game then started to that

PLAYER LOGS: nothing like has happened to before
- Player logs are required from PC players only.

I’m having the same issue, for both the event and regular play. I’ve been trying for an hour and eventually just gave up trying to play. 🫤
