SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: when you rush you have a second of stutters between each bump (When you can do a/d). it feels like a latency issue but it goes away after a second and you get the regular left right feel after

started after 9.0.0 and completely ruins some loops. saw people on reddit talk about it and it doesnt seem to be affected by actual ping
