It crashes whether or not I'm actively in a match. It will crash during a trial. It will crash after a random amount of time when I am in the menus. I now have a 48 hour ban. This started after the latest update. This is unfair. I am not disconnecting on purpose and yet I cannot test to see if my game is working if I don't play. Please fix or advise. I have done all the troubleshooting tips: reinstall game, drivers etc. I have verified the game files multiple times. I have closed all overlays. Deleted shader caches, I used a 3rd party uninstaller to remove all gpu drivers and the AMD adrenalin, used safe mode, but this problem continues. I'm certain the issue is on your end and will probably be addressed in a future patch, which I hope will not be too long in the future. In the meantime it is completely unfair that I get these draconian disconnect penalties, which apparently do not matter since the game will not work for me anyway.
I have been playing DBD since summer 2018 and on a few different PC's that I have built, so I do have a good understanding of game crashes and their relation to hardware, drivers, 3rd party software, mobo settings, etc.
Grok states:
The memory address 0x00005ff68335e8c8 and the offsets (e.g., +74164736 bytes) suggest a low-level issue, possibly related to the game’s engine (Unreal Engine) or a driver/hardware interaction. The repeated {0x0000000000000000} indicates the stack trace lacks symbol information, which is typical for release builds.
Your AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT should handle the game fine (exceeding minimum specs: Intel Core i3-4170, 8 GB RAM, AMD HD 6850) (), so it’s likely a software issue that BHVR could patch.

I am experiencing the same thing, only with the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG error, which means my video card has stopped responding, i checked it with benchmarks like 3dmark and it works fine, not using overclocking or anything, definetly a software issue
