Kaneki only loses 1 token from breaking a pallet

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Ghoul only loses 1 token when breaking a pallet instead of 2 like how it was changed to be in 8.7.0

PLATFORM: Xbox Series X

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was playing Kaneki (both regular 1v4 and event) and noticed that I only lose 1 token instead of the 2 that was introduced in 8.7.0. I cannot find any change in any patch note that reverted the change of 2 tokens loss after a pallet break.

    No, don't let them know. This bug is a good thing for The Ghoul so they don't get gutted like The Skull Merchant and The Good Guy.
