Tomes resetted progression

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Some of the tomes that I have completed and have received the rewards of are now completely reset to when they were how I started out this game.
PLATFORM:
PC - Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- I logged on Dead By Daylight
- I opened the compendium
- I looked at my tomes
- Checked the charm rewards to see if I completed them or not
- Then the issue happened, tome was apparently reset and completely anew even though rewards are already owned.
