Possible bug: Artist noises with new skin

So I'm not 100% sure if it's bugged or not, but it sure seems like it.
Normally, Artist has loud cawing/yelling/screaming noises during certain interactions, notably when she's sending birds off into flight or when she's attacking.
However, the new skin (the Boulet one) does not have these noises, when it logically should. In addition, most of the noises the skin does make are very, very quiet (and I wear headphones; I track audio well in this game. This audio is much quieter than other sounds.)
Has anyone else noticed this? can anyone confirm?
Platform is PC Steam.
